1: About us
We sell fine art photographic prints (“Products”) through this website, we operate as a UK sole trader. Orders are produced and shipped using reputable third-party (The “Fulfilment partners(s)”), They operate an international supply and fulfilment network.
2: How our services work (Third Party Fulfilment)
2.1. When you place your order, you contract with us (Andrew Murphy, sole trader). We instruct a Fulfilment Partner to manufacture and dispatch your order on our behalf. 2.2. Your order information (Product specification, name, delivery address, and contact details) is shared with the Fulfilment Partner solely to make and deliver your order 2.3. Packaging and dispatch may show the Fulfilment Partner’s details. All post sales queries should be sent to us. (see section 15)
3: Ordering & Contract Formation
3.1. Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance by email when production starts 3.2. We may reject or cancel an order (with full refund) if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing/description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud
4. Product Descriptions, Editions & Colours (Colors)
4.1. We take care to describe sizes materials and finishes accurately. Minor variations (e.g. crop differences, paper texture, mount thickness) can occur. 4.2. Due to screen calibration differences, colour/brightness may vary between your display and the physical print. Such variations aren’t considered faults. 4.3. Due to the confined nature of the woodland that the original photograph is taken in. It is sometimes impossible to ensure that every part of the photograph is in perfect focus. In some cases, the focus is intended only to be sharp on one point within the photograph, leaving a (Bokah) or, out of focus area in the remainder of the photograph. It is the buyers responsibility to understand this before purchase and to have fully read (Terms & Conditions) related to this sale, this is not considered a fault, and is an unavoidable consequence of the photographic process.
5. Prices, Taxes& Payment
5.1. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any non-UK import duties/taxes are shown or calculated at checkout. 5.2. You authorise us (our partner provider) to charge your selected payment method at the time of the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary by destination and product. 6.2. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment. 6.3. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/insufficient address or failure to collect, we can re-ship once you pay the addition shipping cost. Due to the bespoke nature of the product. We reserve the right to withhold refund for the product in these circumstances, if the additional shipping costs are not met.
7. Cancellations & Returns (Bespoke Goods)
7.1. Most of our products are made to your order (Custom/Bespoke). Under UK law, the 14-day cooling off right does not apply to goods “made to the customers specifications or clearly personalised.” 7.2. Accordingly, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations/returns for custom prints/frames once production has begun. 7.3. This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described (see Section 8)
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate and in line with UK consumer law, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. We may ask ask you to return or to safely dispose of it, depending on the Fulfilment Partner’s process. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide instructions and cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faults. Claims for damage in transit must be made promptly, so we can work with the carrier/Fulfilment Partner on your behalf.
9. Returns Address
Because orders are produced on demand and our Fulfilment Partners generally do not accept returns directly, all return requests must arranged through us. Do not send back without authorisation, as it/they may be lost and cannot be refunded.
10. International Orders
For deliveries outside of the UK, you are responsible for any import duties/taxes, and custom fees. Local delivery standards and attempted-delivery procedures vary by country.
11. License & Personal Use
You purchase a physical printer framed product only. No copyright or intellectual-property rights are transferred. Products are for personal/non-commercial display unless we grant written permission for any commercial use. You must not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, mint as NFT’s, or make derivative works without our prior written permission.

All images, text and site content are copyrighted by Andrew Murphy (and/or licensed contributors). All rights reserved.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for, (a) colour variations between screen and print, (b) minor finishing tolerances, (c) variations in focal quality within the photograph/print, (d) delays due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We aren’t responsible for failures or delay caused by events outside of our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, customs delays) We’ll take reasonable steps to minimise any impact.
15. Customer Service & Complaints
If you have a problem with your order, email andmur1967@yahoo.com with your order number and details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
16. Privacy
We process your personal data to fulfil your order and operate the website. See our privacy policy for details. including sharing with Fulfilment Partner’s for production and delivery.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the the time of your order applies to that order.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the Laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
